About

“My name is Francis Kralick and I am Board Certified in Neurological Surgery.  The bulk of my practice was spent at a University Hospital that functioned as a level 1 trauma center in Philadelphia.  I would like to describe my values as they relate to my professional life as a physician and neurosurgeon.  I found my purpose later than most, but once discovered I have applied my intrinsic sense of responsibility, integrity and dedication to treat patients with Neurosurgical problems to the best of my abilities. This has involved a certain degree of sacrifice that I believe is the hallmark of a physician.  Thereby, fulfilling my purpose to strive for the best possible outcomes for my patients.   To this end it should also educate and inspire those who come after me.  It also honors those who have educated and trained me in carrying these values forward. The ACOS has been a key component of my being able to achieve this professional success.  I wanted to donate my time and expertise to help allow current students and residents the same opportunities that were afforded to me.”
