Dr. Francis Kralick is a board-certified neurosurgeon with over 20 years of experience specializing in complex spine and cranial surgery, trauma care, and neurological disorders. He currently serves as Chief of Neurological Surgery and Director of Neuroscience at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, NJ, where he has expanded neurosurgical services and improved patient outcomes.

An affiliate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Kralick also plays an active role in medical education, mentoring future neurosurgeons and supporting interdisciplinary training. His expertise spans biomedical engineering, clinical operations, and patented medical device innovation.

He holds privileges at Princeton Medical Center and is on staff at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center as an independent physician.
